Hi everyone,

I currently hold a Diners Club Privilege credit card. Last month, I spent around ₹6 lakhs (gold purchase), and I have a credit limit of ₹11 lakhs. I recently contacted HDFC grievance redressal, and they approved my upgrade to the Diners Club Black Metal card. I expect to receive it in 7–10 days.

I have a few questions:

Fuel spends: Will fuel transactions count toward the quarterly milestone (₹4 lakhs spend) and the annual fee waiver (₹8 lakhs spend), even though there is no surcharge waiver? Example: If I spend ₹10,000 per month on fuel (~₹1.2 lakhs/year), will this contribute toward these milestones?
Add-on card (for my wife): The card offers 6 complimentary golf sessions per quarter. With an add-on card, are these sessions shared or do we get additional sessions? Also, can both of us use the benefit on the same day?
Forex transactions: For international spends: Will they earn reward points? If not, will they still count toward the quarterly milestone (₹4 lakhs spend) and the annual fee waiver (₹8 lakhs spend)?
