My managers blames me for our employees' transparent comments
I feelnso down for days now, I feel like I am worthless HR, I came to my manager for a designation change and if I am lucky a salary increase. I believe that my current jobs expanded since the day I joined the company last 2 years back. By the time I reached out about my conceren of desognation promotion and maybe a little increase.
My line manager told be straight, that I am good with operational works but HR wise I failed because our employees are always raising concerns about our employees transaparent comments that "equal recognition must be given to all employees and not only to one person". I was shocked to my core because I cannot control what they think but rather I can propose a new activities to strengthen our ofiice culture.
What are your thoughts? Can be honest with me?
