1 month ago i had my right cervical c3-c6 rfa. i had already done my left side about 6 months ago.

this recent procedure im experiencing-

more pain than before, sunburn feeling (touch sensitivity, pain into my shoulder

the dr's office gave me a steroid dose pack, said to ice it and thats its normal . it doesnt respond to anything. still burns and aches just as much as right after the procedure. is this permanent?

Does anyone have a legit source for peptides ? Tb500 specifically

I’ve tried night splints , anti inflammatory ( pills and creams) , cortisone shots and steroid dose packs , ice /heat, dry needling and massage. I cannot get my triceps to recover and possibly take the compression out of my ulnar nerve . They’re super inflamed and before trying prolotherapy or prp I’d like to try the peptides

Dr is pushing for surgery but I’m holding off for now
