Hello, I would like to hear some advice, I recently got back to the game with the dlcs, usually I play on Veteran or Viceroy because that's where I find my balance between fun and challenge, I hit the golden seal twice but got not even close. I don't want to blame bad rolls, I think I botched it, but I just couldn't get past the global resolve issues due to the plagues, and I couldn't fulfill almost any order to buy me time to reevaluate.

Any general hints and or strategies? Thanks to all suggestions in advance
