Hey everyone,

I had my marriage-based green card interview about 8 months ago, and my case has been stuck on “Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” ever since.

I’m wondering if it’s worth uploading additional unsolicited evidence at this point to maybe help move things along, or if that could actually slow things down?

Also, I’ve noticed a few “silent updates” on my case through an API case tracker (no official status change, just activity). Does that usually mean an officer is actually reviewing the file, or are those just system-generated updates?

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been in a similar situation or has insight into this. Thanks!
