I’m 10 DPO ab and flank lipo. Posting here because it’s more active than the r/ lipo communities. My surgeon said that I can begin wearing Spanx compression with lipo foam next week. My question is do I size up because of the foam or do I order my regular size (regularly a small so do I order that or medium due to the foam)? I asked my surgeon and she said she didn’t know, which was a bit odd. Thanks!
I’m 10 DPO and have been having internal, intestinal swelling. I thought it was subcutaneous swelling due to the reduction as well as ab and flank lipo. Saw my doctor two days ago and after examining my lipo sites and pressing on my abdomen she said it was intestinal swelling. Yesterday and today were the first normal, regular poops I’ve had since surgery (I only had two between surgery and 8 DPO). I remember my intestines swelling a lot after my first reduction (without lipo) 10 years ago. They stayed that way for a few months. Anyone else experience this? Going for lymph massage today and hoping it will help. For reference my BMI is 20 so I’m thin, work out, and eat healthy. Don’t think it’s visceral fat. Thanks!
