Do I started at 1200/day and MyFitnessPal adds my daily steps..I have and under the desk walking pad and have had no issues meeting my 10k steps plus evening and weekend walks..so it adds those calories and I've been eating back many of them. Not thrilled with my loss in 2 weeks. Wondering if I should scale back eating those calories..so far today I've done 10k and it added 490 calories,.so I'd have a total of 1690 if I stopped moving now..sound right? What do you guys do and what kind of results do you get? I'm trying to lose 20lbs.
