In my humble opinion society is going nowhere. Sure were advancing in ai but besides that nothing. We're finding cures to diseases but they seem infinite for example covid and it's just infinite variants. Where's the flying cars? Where's the updated mile high cities? Where's the cross country speed trains? Why are movies getting worse?
I think it's a unity problem and power greed problem. The vast majority of society is forced to focus only on bills and living. I feel like no one can use their creative side anymore it's a fight to live at this point. What is going on? Ai is replacing jobs but we are still so far behind in people who need work especially in tech. Why aren't people c eating businesses in their tech career with ai? Why is everyone stuck with tech being the best it's ever been?
We have everything as I'm typing this from my smart phone a feat that would seem alien 50 years ago. What is wrong? How are we struggling? What is happening????
