Ever since I was a child I’ve been bloated. I’ve had what I assume to be a low body fat percentage all my life except for in my abdomen. I had an eating disorder for years which I consider myself to be recovered from at this point and I’m thinking that’s playing into what I’m struggling with now. I’ve recently started going to the gym and almost completely switched my diet to whole foods, avoiding processed foods as much as I can. However I am still extremely bloated, even in the morning. Im thinking to myself is this even bloat or visceral fat??? The fat on the surface has definitely reduced since making those changes but I’m still struggling with bloating. And when I suck in and flex, I have visible ab definition in my stomach so I’m just really fucking annoyed. Ive been getting stomachaches and gas after eating gluten so I’ve cut down my intake of that. I’m gonna talk to my pcp about it when I go in soon and hopefully get some tests done. Any other advice??
