Is this Black Spot?
What is happening to my newly planted climbing rose?! I would appreciate anyone's help and or suggestions of what I should do.
I trimmed off these little canes because they were the worst… but I'm confused because it doesn't look like the spots are black. They start out yellow and kind of bumpy. Now these yellowing leaves are easily falling off.
