Got my period back and didn’t have to gain weight
Hi girlies, back in january I lost my period after losing a lot of weight in a short period of time. it took me 4 months to get it back. My period is back to how it was and i didn’t have to gain weight to do it. I got it back by using traditional chinese medicine. I’m not a medical practitioner or anything like that just a girl who did research and found out what works.
You can do your own research on google, but this is what works for me:
- “dong quai” (I take it as a capsule everyday)
- I also make a tea which has goji berries, jujube dates, chinese brown sugar and ginger and I drink this everyday, ingredients can be found on amazon (note: eat the berries and dates, it’s the fun part about the tea :)
the first month I tried this (april) I got my period within a week (I was due) and it was mostly just spotting, the next month (first week of may) my period is back to normal). Hope this helps someone.

- another thing I do is eat nourishing meals, even though I haven’t gained weight I always make sure what i’m eating is very nourishing.
