Hi everyone,

I’m looking to start a business soon and would really appreciate some ideas and guidance from this community.

I have access to 1500 sq. ft. office space and 800 sq. ft. warehouse (godown) space, both owned (no rental cost), in a location that is primarily wholesale/business-focused rather than retail.

I’m particularly interested in trading, distribution, or drop-shipping type models, but I’m open to exploring any practical and scalable opportunities that fit this setup.

If anyone has experience in similar setups or can suggest specific product categories, industries, or business models that work well in such environments, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
