Hello please can someone look at my tracer gameplay and give me some tips, my mechanics are ok and I dont think they are holding me back (correct me if I am wrong).

I have just started playing tracer in the past week or so, I am having alot of fun on her in quickplay and wanted to bring over to competive once I felt I was ready. Now I swapped to ranked my winrate on her is 46% which is very bad and pretty much shows iam the reason for the loses. To get to plat 3 i was just playing cass with a 62% winrate and over the past few days I dropped down to gold 1 playing tracer as I feel continuing to play her in quickplay and win is just giving false positives 65% winrate here.

From watching the replay I attached it looks to me like iam doing nothing iam just distracting for a couple seocnds then they ignore me and I only get a few picks. A lot of my games feel like this.

I dont really understand how I should be playing her as when I try to hard flank and go for kill i get forced out. This was working in quickplay hence why i keep doing it as I was actually wining those games.

Any advice is appreciated.

Please could someone look at my tracer gameplay I feel like I have little impact and force really dumb 1v1s. I just have no idea what to do as by default I always flank but it hasnt been working and i am clearly making alot of mistakes if I am losing most of my games, I was plat 2 with cass but decided to try tracer and have been having a lot of fun on her but I have been getting false postives as I have really high winrate in quickplay and iam running through people but this same playstyle has made me drop down to gold 1 over the past week of win lose lose win etc.

I have watch genral tips but iam quite bad at reconising when iam making outrageous mistakes the main one I have noticed myself is dumb 1v1 against cassidy in this specific replay but I often do the same from memory of other games.

Any advice is appreciated.
