Can somebody help me with this, I tried every methods on youtube but none work

Guys can somebody help me with launching this game, everytime i lauches this game, I have a black screen for 5 seconds then just disappeared, i tried every methods i can find online, still I can launch it. Btw Im a mobile user, do i still have my squad if I jump on PC ?
