My Narwal is a piece of shit. It constantly gets lost. It can never get back on track after it gets lost. It’ll sit there in front of the base station after I’ve tried to send it home and it’ll just rotate and say remove obstacles that don’t exist. When it works it works great but it hardly ever does. Carpets seem to be its worst nightmare. I have restarted, remapped, reset and tried everything I can think of and look up but nothing helps. I am at a loss. This thing costs too much for it to work right 20 percent of the time. All I see are glowing reviews. I’m obviously doing something wrong.
