My mom was deported from the U.S. in 2019, and I’m trying to understand what options we might have now.

She originally came on a tourist visa and traveled back and forth multiple times for some reason. At some point, she was deported because she got caught overstaying it. She did not want to stay in Mexico because she didn't grow up as much there so she came back 3 months later.

My father is a different situation because he has never gotten caught once, but does have an illegal entry without inspection

I’m a U.S. citizen, and I’m also about to leave for bootcamp (USM) in June. I want to know if Parole In Place would work for both of there situations.
