Kind request to know how to do this in Vivaldi, and if not, to consider adding

Idk, I love everything of here + the workspaces, advanced tile tabs and tab stacks has been one of the best things I've ever seen, but then I see these little details like a video controller that I haven't found and would love to have.
Especially when I'm studying while listening to music and desire to stop the song without going directly to the tab. The closest thing I've found like that is the floating window from YouTube, but is kinda annoying and distracting to have it sometimes, and the 2-3 chrome extensions that I've been looking for doesn't work.
Maybe this already exists in Vivaldi and I haven't found it, but if not, and if someone of the team read this, it'll be a great addition!
(I opened Chrome after 2 months of working with Vivaldi just to do this example lol)
