Since the boulevard lake attack I no longer feel safe running by myself. I was wondering if anyone has any insight on the running clubs in town. From my research I found Dawson trail runners and the meter eaters but I can’t find any info on pace. I’m looking at about a 30min 5k so I need a slower pace group.

I prefer climbing in tank tops and then usually will just double up and go braless or layer with a sports bra. But my tank tops have started to pill on the bust from contact with the wall and I would rather save these tanks to wear outside of climbing while they’re still salvageable. Does anyone have any top suggestions or a favourite tank top for climbing?
