Can you get into spirituality while struggling with mental illness? i know a lot of spirituality is about self love and self care, which is something I find extremely hard especially recently however spirituality is something I've been wanting to become more knowledgeable in. Also btw I'm autistic so if this is worded weirdly or a dumb question I'm sorry.
