Hi I don't know what method of hr zones I should go with
I have a Garmin forerunner 970 and use hr strap for intervals and for easy runs I use watch hr sensor
My max hr is 214
Rhr 43 avg past week
And lthr is 199 based on watch
I'm not sure what my hr zones should be and every method gives me different numbers so what is the best method to calculate my hr zones ?
