Hi, I recently got 2 offers for PA at an IXD and an AR site opening up this year. I am already a PA at an IXD and well versed in most of the roles, but the offer is in a location that is not the best for me. The AR site is in my home state, but I’ve never worked at an AR site before so I’m not familiar with any of the roles. Does anyone have insight into what an AR facility is like? I am a PA that likes to lead by example so I feel like stepping into a site I’ve never worked in before as a leader would be quite challenging for me. Thanks in advance!
