Is there any way to remove scuffs from the shiny part of the shoes and the heel?

I tried to get decent photos but it was pretty difficult with the shine of the shoe. Does anyone here have any ideas I could try? I'm not as concerned with the heel but it would also be nice to remove those scuffs too. Thank you.
