On a cut for about 4 weeks. Fat decreasing but weight on scale kind of stable. Can see progress despite scale. Bigger issue is I’m feeling way more sore after my workouts now. Calorie deficit is about 300 per day so not crazy. Eating 2200-2300 per day.

Any suggestions? Stay the course or reduce volume? Protein is 1g per lb. About 60g fat. Carbs fill out rest.
