I ordered a custom pair of round Ray-Bans, they messed up the colour of one of the temples. Black instead of brown, so I sent them an email. They explained because the customs can’t be returned or refunded they’d just send another pair for free. It was shipped within 2 hours of my original email. Gonna turn the new pair into prescription ones since I have the frames now.

This was a few days ago. Went to Hawrelak park today, all the trees are budding, it’s very nice!
