As the title suggests, i'm curious about the potential of Jhoira in cEDH. I have a brew going that is focused relatively heavily on stax pieces and dropping cost reducers to slap down the win-cons for free. I've gotten as far as a turn 3 win while playtesting, but i understand that the current meta of Turbo tends to win around Turn 2. Thoughts?

Note: i realize i am MANY years behind when she was a popular cEDH card, and also relatively new to trying to build a true competitive level deck, but, i started playing her casually and it has since turned into my hyperfocused deck. If she can't be cEDH, that is fine, but wanted to get some ideas from the community since i'm just one dude with a dream of making his pet deck shine.
