These did not itch until the day after I was in my yard. Red, firm, and itchy

I have three of these bites. This is the weirdest looking one, but I have one on the other leg and on my arm. All are reddish and firm bites that are itchy. I’ve been bit by mosquitos all my life and have not seen a bite from them like this. anyone know? It’s making me a bit worried. I was just out in my lawn after washing a dog and brushing him out there.
