Feeling not confident/worried of failing
Hi guys, MA here at day 6 of externship. At Davita right now as a PCT and I feel like I'm gonna fail. I know how to set up the machine, what to connect and clamp, and all the numbers but STILL am messing up somehow. My trainer had me do hands on first day so I'm not sure if it's because I was just thrown into it or what but I am constantly begging on myself. How do you guys get through it? Am I being too hard on myself?
