Hey everyone,
I recently started organizing wellness retreats in the Netherlands. Everything is set up, the event is already listed on retreat platforms and related pages, but honestly I’m starting to worry that I might not find enough people before the actual dates.

The first retreat is from June 15th–18th. It’s during weekdays instead of a weekend, which I know probably makes it harder.

I’m aiming for a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 16. So I wanted to ask people with experience in this space:

What are the realistic chances of filling spots within a month, and what’s the best way to market something like this properly?

Would it make sense to pay someone for marketing? Focus on email marketing? Reach out personally in Facebook groups? Work with influencers?

The retreat itself is pretty niche, it’s focused around the carnivore diet and wellness, so I was thinking that collaborating with carnivore influencers might be the best angle.

However, I’d really appreciate honest advice from people who’ve done retreats or event marketing before. Am I being unrealistic trying to make this happen within a month, or is it still possible with the right strategy?

Hello, i hope y’all are having a good day and a growing business.

I have a serious question!!!!!! Hoowwww do you manage social media marketing? (Facebook, insta)

I wanted to run ads for my business, but then I found out my personal Facebook account was restricted from advertising. Because of that, I couldn’t create or manage a business page linked to my account. After reading that using a personal account was a bad idea anyway, I created a new account instead.

Now, every time I try to do anything on it, change my bio, create a page, or make simple updates, Facebook keeps blocking actions and asking for verification. I’ve already appealed multiple times and submitted proof that I’m a real person, but the account keeps getting restricted again.

It’s honestly incredibly frustrating, especially because I’m running out of time and just want to focus on growing my business instead of dealing with endless reviews and automated restrictions.

My Instagram account was doing well too, but now that account is also under review.

At this point, I genuinely want to know: how do people manage social media marketing without constantly getting blocked by these insanely stupid systems? What’s the proper way to set everything up so you can run your business peacefully?

Hey everyone,
For a long time, I struggled with the carnivore diet. I ran into countless issues, made plenty of mistakes, and faced challenges I never expected. It often felt overwhelming, especially in the beginning when it seemed like there was so much to figure out.
Fast forward to today, I’ve been “carnivore-ish” for nearly two years, and fully strict for the past six months.

The impact it’s had on my life has been significant: better energy, clearer thinking, reduced brain fog, less joint inflammation, and more. Because of that experience, I’ve felt a strong desire to help others who might be going through the same difficult starting phase.

That’s why I’m excited to share that I’ve started hosting carnivore retreats, designed specifically for people who are curious about the diet but don’t know where to begin, or who feel stuck.

The retreats are focused on building a solid foundation and include:

  1. Daily educational sessions covering the basics of the carnivore approach, along with beginner-friendly take-home materials

  2. Meditation sessions to help participants better understand their bodies and cravings

  3. Cooking classes, including how to prepare simple, satisfying carnivore-style meals (yes, even things like burgers) as well as few take home recipes.

  4. Wellness experiences like sauna and jacuzzi

  5. Natural skincare workshops, where we explore making products like lip balms, face creams, body care, and hair care using simple, natural ingredients, because if we try to eat ancestral way why not take care os our skin the same way.

We also include tools like food journaling, and group consultations with a professional at the end of the retreat. As well as group follow up calls after the retreat ends. We place a strong emphasis on quality, and any unused products can be taken home so nothing goes to waste.

I’ve seen quite a few posts here over time asking whether something like this exists, even from years ago, so I’m really proud to finally be able to offer it.

There are four booking options available: private room, shared room, couples, and groups of four (with pricing adjusted accordingly). As a thank you to this community (which helped me all the time when I came with questions or struggles) I’m offering members of this group a 25% discount.

If you’re interested, you can check out more details here:

https://www.thecarnivoreretreat.com

The retreat is 3 nights and takes place in the Netherlands. We’re also listed on “Retreat Guru” and “book your retreats” if you prefer booking there.

We’re a registered company under the name “Carnivore to Heal.”

And of course, no pressure at all to book. I’d genuinely appreciate any feedback or suggestions from experienced carnivores as well. we aim to be perfect in what we do!!!

Thank you everyone, as you all made this happen.
