Companies that can help me plan a multi sport vacation that is not luxury but not camping - safe, clean comfortable accommodation nothing fancy. Predominantly riding - am comfortable following routes on RideGPS with some hiking in Acadia and kayaking on the ocean. 7-8 days.

Considering purchasing tickets to one of the concerts and have never done this.

1. Is there seating? Can one bring a camp chair? Relative to the stage where wd these seats be?
2. The free concerts have terrible acoustics but when I was volunteering for Isabell the sound was pretty good. So do musicians bring their own sound systems?
   Any other cautions, tips etc?

Would like someone that looks at overall posture etc. I’m a dedicated cyclist but blew my knee - in the sense of flaring pain doing a load bearing activity. Was fine next day after RICE. But looking for help to diagnose and help fix any underlying issue.
