My wife is due for a c-section next week (may the 4th be with you) and this is my first kiddo. I’m already struggling with a work/life balance as is, up until this week I was working 12 hrs a day so time was an incredibly precious commodity, to prevent burnout and get a little extra catch up time I’ve been bulk prepping ground beef burritos, throwing them in the freezer and just air frying them for meals, that and canned soups, but there’s gotta be a better way to do this, the burritos are fairly greasy even though I’m using lean beef and it’s been fairly rough on my stomach, plus they only really feed me since my wife is kinda picky. can anyone send me some quick meal recommendations I can throw together in the inevitable rush of parenthood? Any other time saving tips would also be greatly appreciated!!
