at around like 12pm there was a fire truck and bus blocking the whole intersection and some cars maybe a crash not sure. had to turn around. anyone know what happened?

i feel like this probably gets asked here a lot but what are all the preventative maintenance items i should do on my b8? sitting at 71k km rn, maintained by audi dealership its whole life. also if possible please provide links to parts. i’ve heard that the water pump, pcv, and thermostat fail easily. should i buy upgraded ones or just get oe ones?
my car does this on every cold start consistently at the same time, and then it goes away. sounds like the engine is like about to stall and it vibrates a bunch and i hear some faint rattling in the background. the fact that it happens every time and goes away makes me think that it’s normal but better safe than sorry.
