Question about aftesales
Hi, I am still pretty new in all the GK stuff, so I recently ordered the Raiden Shogun by imagination studio, from OrzGK, and it seems one of the parts is missing and instead I got the same part twice,
I assume its the studio responsibility to provide the missing part,
but now for the real question, a finger on her hand snapped, I know it happens and its part of the hobby, but its pretty much impossible for me to try and glue it back up since its so small, so if I will ask them to get another hand (that I will pay for), would they\the studio agree?
has anyone ever expereinced something like this before?
and back to the first thing I said actually because I only assumed, will I get the missing part?
without the part the lightning effect has no where to sit aswell ><..
