im not rly confident on how to write an opening speech for mun, can someone guide me on what to include and stuff?

IM LITERALLY IN CRISIS RIGHT NOW. in past mun conferences, ive only done IP journalism, and somehow i got allotted to uncsw, Vietnam. i have no clue what to do, where to start, or how to research for my country. THE CONFERENCE IS 3 DAYS AWAY. can someone guide me from the very basics.
