What else can I do?
Sold a new with tags dress.

Buyer didn’t like it and took issue with an irregularity in the printed design, claiming a manufacturing defect so limited I hadn’t noticed was “damage”.

I thought it was AI due to inconsistencies in her photos. Accepted a Buyer-funded return.

Now I get the new with tags dress and it is smeared inside with brown and orange make-up stains. I had filmed the dress when packing. Spotless inside and out.

Now it’s no Longer “new”, it’s actually worn and damaged despite tags on.

Raised “There is a problem“ with Vinted Support and emailed Legal @ Vinted.

What else can I do? Am I likely to see any help from Vinted now the dress is ruined?
