Hi Guys,

I just got into a position where I need to administer Jira for a large engineering team of 400.

I have major concerns. One particularly being with the projects/board and cross project administration of engineers. Since there would be several projects which the engineers would be grouped into and boards thereafter. My fear is how to successfully manage this

second is, I am thinking of standardizing workflow across several projects for reporting accuracy but I understand that several teams have different workflows, how do you aggregate them to make a very nice report.

If you have any other suggestions that might help, I am humble and willing enough to learn.
