I stopped using my Whoop 4 last summer. A few days ago I renewed my lapsed membership to try it for a month. I know the differences between 4 and 5 from what I read last summer. Can anyone tell me upgrades to 5 firmware which differentiate it even more than 4?
perhaps I am asking if I have peak plan will I notice any difference between 4 and 5
