Maybe changing to Waldensianism in the first 10y of the game wasn't so bad
I was going to say guess where I'm playing at but, honestly, it's not even funny the difference in literacy between me and other european nations. I'm not even investing much in it, just the natural bonus of Waldensianism and one of the aspects adding both max and monthly literacy.
That being said, what can I do about this surplus of literacy?
