Hi there. This is my dads watch he left me and my brother. We dont tend to wear it daily as it has sentimental value to us and we are not the most careful. But we noticed it stops once every 2 years or so ( even with sunlight). Replaced the capacitor 2 years ago. Stopped again , but this time leaving it in the chennai sun for a few hours got it to recalibrate.

Any recommendations on general maintenence helps as it has significant personal value to us.
