I saw this rusted cast ironed something, maybe it's a birdfeeder maybe it's a plant stand. There are two pipes sticking out from it one underneath and one like a spout on the top. Google images tells me it's a birdfeeder but seems slightly implausible because there is no rim to keep water in the top. It kind of makes sense though because of the pipes. Any idea if it is a birdfeeder? Is it possibly missing a piece from the top portion? It's only about 2 or 3 feet tall. It was rusted pretty badly, so I didn't see any manufacturer markings at first glance.
