Using cheap "hobby" motors in a product?

I have a project, and I'm evaluating making it into a marketable product. Motorized parts are a key functionality. In my prototype, I think I used this SparkFun motor, or similar: https://www.sparkfun.com/hobby-motor-gear.html

That worked well for prototyping. However, this product is not a toy, and it could be expected to see some rough handling occasionally.

I'll throw in that another requirement of the project is that multiple motors need to fit in a pretty small enclosure. Ideally, motors even smaller than the SparkFun one would be preferable.

Does anyone have any thoughts on using a "hobby" motor like that in a product? Experience with durability? Recommendations of where to find the best motor to suit my project's needs?

Organic Instagram and Tik Tok marketing - how much content?

I like the idea of using social media to start gauging interest in a product. I keep seeing recommendations like "3-5 reels per week" and "1-3 stories per day." That seems like a lot to post for a specific product.

To those who have successfully used social media this way, are you producing that much content of your product? What is it the content showing? Reposts, similar clips, etc? How do you make it not look like spam?

Also, how early before Kickstarter launch would you start your social media campaign to allow time for growth and interest?

Got my first muscle up. Now what?

I finally did a muscle up the other day after years of wanting it. Not a perfect form, but no extreme kipping. No chicken wing, either.

Anyway, now I want to improve the form and work towards a strict muscle up. I'm also not great at the eccentric transition, and I can't get two in a row yet.

Any recommendations for programming them? I typically do weighted pull ups, weighted ring dips, rings rows, and archer ring push ups. I usually work out 3 times a week, full body each time.

I know the muscle ups will be less effective for strength and muscle growth than the fundamentals. I also think the fatigue will be too much if I add them in with my other exercises. But I really want to improve my muscle ups. What would you do?
