Do you ever remember people or places names? I don't. But then there are some names that I just don't forget. Baffles me

I am in my first internship and doing semi structured group and 1-1 interviews. I feel like i am the worse! Maybe it is because the interviews are in German, and I have hard time understanding everything everyone says. But hell, I can do better with having a professional image and not give in with some side conversations and smiles.

I am just the worse.

But taking notes is not my taste. I like obsidian for that, are there more ways to work efficiently between them then simple pages as database connection?
