I keep seeing everywhere to use either JackSparrow, Anking, or MD

I will be using Pankow for P/S since everyone swears by it. I want to get content review done in about a month while weaving practice into it. I technically have 26 days but this means I have to do 87 new Pankow cards a day.

This is not even including B/B and C/P review. I calculated it for my other decks and if I were to use JackSparrow for B/B that would be 87 new cards per day and for Anking C/P that would be 62 cards per day.

This would bring me to a grand total of 236 new cards per day to have seen each card once before I drill down on practice like crazy.

Is there a better way to do this? JackSparrow is so huge so I know I don't want to use the whole deck for everything. Anking is good but this is my first retake so I'm scared I won't be in depth enough.

I know I need to do Pankow so I can't even sacrifice that. Genuinely what do I do?

Hello guys. Lowkey going to be a lengthy post so bear with me.

Last year around July I took my first FL 3 weeks out from my test date (08/01). I was absolutely crushed and I had a lot of people telling me to reschedule or cancel my test because my first score was a 495. I ended up grinding for a bit and got up to a 513.

I have no idea what happened on test day but my CARS was absolute dog poop.
I can't get an official picture of my AAMC score because the website is down but I got a 499
(127/120/125/127) - yes absolutely trash dog water...

This is what I have made on excel so far. I plan on spending 4 weeks on content review but I am unsure if I should use JackSparrow or MilesDown for my anki deck. I feel tight on time and I don't know what to do. I have all the AAMC material including the qbanks and section banks. This is my second time taking. I bought uwhirl the first time and don't know if I should get it the second time.

If I am doing Milesdown or Jacksparrow, how many cards should I be doing per day?

I also have all the Kaplan books, is it worth reading them or should I watch youtube videos and jump into practice?

When doing practice problems how many should I do?

How long should I be studying per day?

I feel so lost this time around as I have lost motivation and faith in myself. My GPA is not too hot so I'm sort of riding on MCAT to carry me so aiming for a 515+
