I narrowed down my upgrade options to those 2 but can't decide which to get.
I've seen that the Zt3 is a bit sturdier than the Xt5 as it has some parts where the plastic seems flimsy but otherwise it makes it up by having a higher top speed than the Zt3 ( it's locked to 25km where I'm from )
Other than that they both seem like pretty solid scoots and since I mainly use it to go to work/light shopping they seem like pretty good options.
I was doing some maintenance on it and after connecting everything I tried to connect the battery and it caused a moderate spark and pop on the connector, it has a slight burn mark on the connector and I'm wondering if that just means it's fried? Thanks in advance.
Soo one connector on my G2(Display to controller) started failing mid ride and since I narrowed it down to that connector I decided to splice the cables, I tried discharging the controller after removing the battery and all that but I must have done something wrong as after splicing connecting the battery gave a moderate spark a little pop and a bit of burnt smell came right after.
Honestly I've spent way too much money fixing little things on this than I would like to admit so I'm just looking for an upgrade, what would you guys recommend for daily use? Budget is around 1000/1200e tops it'll mainly be used to go to work and a bit of shopping, don't need the fastest scoot and I'm mainly looking for something that's built to last.
