Is there any way to dispute items not found? When I go shopping and the store tells me they no longer carry an item and my “found items” percentage dips how is that my fault? If their item isn’t there but I am able to get a substitution that shouldn’t count against my original items found rating.
I lost my “pro shopper” status as my percentage dipped to 94% and needs to be 96%.
