Lookin' for Mizithra cheese. Anybody seen it local?
Long shot. Title says it all. Trying to find an obscure Greek hard cheese in Denton.
Heads up, cook some spaghetti, brown some butter, mix those two together in a ratio that pleases you. Sprinkle with grated mizithra. Serve with crusty garlic bread.
