1. Wrong email address, should be waste@belfastcity.gov.uk, not .co.uk
2. I have never heard of Belfat City.

I'm assuming I got this stuck on my brown bin because I had a bit of soil still around plant roots, which is an absolutely wonderful reason to be left with a full brown bin of decomposing waste.
