Compact mode - top panel (bookmarks bar) bug
In "Compact Mode" when hovering the mouse at the very top, the top panel (bookmarks bar) does not appear until you press "F11" on the keyboard.
That is, need to press "F11" every time after restarting the browser for the "Compact Mode" to work correctly and for the top panel to appear when you move the mouse to the top edge!
