So I’ve lost a significant amount of weight in this process. I had the surgery on 4/23 and I’m already down about 13lbs from not being able to eat…

Those who are past the recovery phase, did you notice you kept the weight off once you were able to eat normal again or did the weight come back and come back strong.

I’m mainly worried that once I’m able to eat again my body is gonna be like “let’s store all of it because we don’t know when we are gonna be able to eat again” and then boom I’m gaining 30lbs once I can eat again. I expect to gain a little of it back but hoping not all and not more.
