Hi all, I applied for a new SSN on April 14 in Chicago. They said that it would take 7-14 business days. However, till now, I havent received the SSN card yet.

I tried to call them via the hotline to check the application status but the verification process requires SSN number lol.

Anyone having experience to deal with this situation. Do I need to book an appointment and travel to the SSN office?
