My Cuban sister in law just graduated high school and wants to study nursing. Cuba is a communist country and there is nothing there lack of food, lights, internet etc. she’s smart and we were looking at Spanish universities she can study at abroad. I saw Argentina is a good place to study due to the low cost. What do you guys think? Will she be safe there? Is it low cost? We can support her financially, she can even get a part time job if she wants. We don’t know anything about Argentina unfortunately so it’s really difficult for us to even start the process.
